Tremendous face pressure!

I am 3months and 7 days free of benzos, but I’m having tremendous pressure in my face, behind my eyes and nose! It’s been on and off for several weeks. My blood pressure is normal, but it is scares me. I get a little dizzy as well. Can anyone relate? I would appreciate any input.

I have this through whole body, in face feels like being suffocated by my own face.

Do you think it is muscular?

I think mine is.

Do you have Severe tightness in back of neck and head, shoulders jaw etc as well?
