Benzo withdrawal and flu shots

Has anyone had issues (symptoms, setbacks) with flu vaccines while in Benzo withdrawal? I am benzo free 10 months and wondering if anyone has or has not had issues.

I had flu and pneumonia shots simultaneously about 7 months ago. I felt a bit sickly for a few days but I don't think that had anything to do with benzo withdrawal.

 

I'm sure you'll feel better in a few days.

Nope. I get a flu shot every year and like terua, I got a pneumonia shot also. No issues except for a sore arm and feeling a bit puny.

I don't mean to hijack this post, but I'm glad I read this because I'm going to get my flu shot tomorrow.

 

It's good to know that flu shots don't affect benzo wd.

It’s great that so many people have been fine with the flu shot. Do some historic searches on this site from others who have had flu shots too as everyone is different and outcomes can vary depending on the individual. Just my thoughts and experience of these things x
