I've had nerve pain for a long time throughout my withdrawl and Protracted withdrawl. I find that eating 2 small spoonfuls of peanut butter has helped with the "migraine-like" nerve pain. Has anyone else had any success or experience with foods that contain niacin? Here are some foods that are high in niacin Liver. Chicken Breast. Tuna. Turkey. Salmon. Anchovies. Pork. Ground Beef.
