Brain fog and dizziness

More troubling symptoms.  I am now down to .125mg of Ativan. Spent 14 days at .25 and decreased yesterday to .125mg.  Feeling like I zone out at times and can't think as clearly. I get lightheaded and feel dizzy.  I am so close to being off but I am getting these unsettling sensations.  Have others experienced

these symptoms....do they last long

I have all those symptoms and more. Especially when I've done another cut of the medication (xanax) I find that the symptoms improve after about two weeks of cutting the dose and it also depend on how much I've cut. I wouldn't worry. For me, those are very normal symptoms.

 

 

Thanks for the information...how about wicked headaches. Since i have gotten down to the lower dosages I have had more neurological symptoms like weird headaches.
