Exhausted every morning

Crossover withdrawal from Xanax to Valium since January 2020 it’s now March 2020. I’m suffering insomnia and take 3 mg doxepin with 5mg Valium. Constant bathroom trips. When i finally get up I’m feeling lethargic. Within 30 minutes my anxiety starts to set in and I take my 5mg dose. Now I’m brain fog

I feel for you. I wake up around 4 am,  mostly because of nausea and pain. Within minutes I feel a sickening exhaustion coming up.

The last couple of hours in bed are usually awful. I get up at seven.

Does your exhaustion become less as the day goes on? Mine does, thankfully.
