Day 4 of taper

I’m happy to say that this being my 4th day of a 10% cut of clonazepam dose, and I feel good.  I’ve slept, eating well, energy very level. 

It’s my 4th cut from a .5 once daily dose. 

Mild symptoms have been hot cold flashes and chills, tingling in foot, stomach cramps, brief tinnitus.  These have been very low key and  manageable.  4th day is always the onset of wd symptoms after a cut.

I am confident that this is going to go well! 

I want people to feel hopeful and know that it doesn’t have to always be hard.
