Back from Hioliday

Just back from a 1 month holiday on 7.5 mg. Actually had to cancel my flight to the UK, where I was going for a month.

4th day at 7 mg and feeling OK. Maybe I'll decrease to 6.5 after a week.

Working from home, which makes things easier, although the kids off for over a month!

Was that a good rest at 7.5?  I tend to do long holds.  I rest there, usually a month.  I just came off a 7 week hold at .125 mg clonazepam.  Last night I tapered 10% to .112.  I think, if I feel good at 2 weeks, I’ll keep the taper going.  Symptom based is my best success.  Enjoy the kids!
