Compound taper

I am receiving compounded k .1 mg/1ml I would like to reduce each dose even I dose .5 .5 .5 reducing 4 percent every two weeks. Was hoping to reduce .02 .02 .02 w hold days if anyone could help with this. Also was hoping taper no longer than about 21 months.

Hello,

One of your other posts mentioned following a dry titration plan. Since you have a compound, I'm assuming it's liquid, correct?
