[Pt...]
Can someone help me quantify in ounces how much water we should be drinking per day while recovering from Benzos?
Guest [ba...]
I think 64 oz is the standard recommended daily water intake. If you're feeling highly agitated or if you are physically active, you might want to drink more.
[Sy...]
Take your weight and divide it in half. Then drink that much in ounces each day. I weigh about 130 so I need about 60 ounces of water each day.
[Pt...]
Thank you. I’m just constantly thirsty. Pretty sure I didn’t develop diabetes in a year since I’ve been eating healthy, but I’m downing water like I’m losing it before it’s even absorbed

Guest [mi...]
Oz:33.8=Liters I'm not a doctor but too much water reduces electrolytes in the blood that we also need. So moderation and as needed is the way to go in my humble opinion. Urine color is also good indication of how hydrated one is. The darker the more dehydrated.
