Need help to make plan with titration of 0.5 clonazepam

My name is ometon  63 years old and I am told to use titration with water to taper down clonazepam

I use clonazepam for 4 months now and are sensitive to medication please your help

Some people also use full fat whole milk.  Alternatively it's possible to get a compounded formula through a compounding pharmacy.
