Looking for Psychiatrist near Baltimore, MD to supervise taper

I am looking for a psychiatrist near Baltimore, MD with experience tapering off benzos. I appreciate any recommendations.

Dr. Paulo Negro is an addiction psychopharmacologist MD, PhD in Columbia MD.  Very good with great bedside manner

I see in your signature that you are scared to try this without supervision of and inpatient facility; I am dealing with the same issue/same drug/even same dosages. The problem here (not Baltimore -- sorry -- I don't have recommendations for you) is the inpatient facilities don't set people up with crossovers etc.

I see you got a recommendation. I hope that doctor is able to help you. Also, thank you to the person who posted the doctor's name -- I didn't know I could do a search for addiction specialists who treat people on an outpatient basis. I will try that for my area.

 

Scary what we're going through, isn't it? I was in Baltimore two years ago and enjoyed it.
