18 months benzo free

Today I am 18 months free from benzos.  I still have a very very long way to go. 

18 months away from the drug is a good thing, I wish you didn't have a very long way to go though.  Here's hoping  positive changes start happening quickly.

Today and yesterday my sleep was terrible...
