Dreams and dejavu

Anyone dream when half asleep taking nap I can’t tell I slept but was dreaming and every dream is about pills and healing and me being lost they are so real that I still feel like they are happening when I wake up, I can’t shake them off? And my dreams are full of derealization and depersonalization. I feel like dejavu is on me everything I dream happens. 😱 I’m so scared of going crazy! 

I have vivid colorful slightly disturbing dreams all the time. I have my whole adult life, well before benzo and ambien use. I hate it. It's one of the things I really like about ambien. It gets rid of the dreams.

 

Sometimes I wake up in a bad mood because of the dreams. But I know they're just dreams.
