6 months...

6 months I didn't even know I was CT'd off Valium until I was 3 months out.  I was lost.  Today has been the best night I have had since I joined BB.  ✌️💜🙏 I ate a chocolate donut and did just fine!

I am so happy for you! My nephew gave me a piece of chocolate about 5 months ago and it has been sitting on the table every since. I May have to just go ahead and eat that chocolate.
