Woke up with numb feeling on left side of head, face left arm.

I'm totally confused by it. It went away within a minute or so of waking up. The end of the day prior I felt really tired. I used hand sanitizer about 3-4 times in the day so idk if the alcohol was absorbed into my system & had an interaction with the 8 mg of Valium I'm currently on or what. Part of me wants to think it was a mini-stroke but AI just don't know.
