Taking Ativan and Valium at same time?

I am trying to crossover, and I am terrified to take Ativan and Valium at the same time. Can taking them at the same time hurt me?

Many people are on more than one benzo, so no worries okay?  If you're crossing over, you're doing a controlled reduction of one drug while increasing another, you'll be getting approximately the same dosage but of different acting benzo's.  You will most likely feel odd sensations as the two drugs have different properties and different side effects but fearing the process might increase your anxiety and discomfort.

 

Are you sure you want to do a cross to Valium or should you maybe re-think your strategy?  Fear is such a huge part of benzo tolerance and withdrawal, we don't want to see you enter into this if you have reservations.
