Is Titraing With Plain Water and Synringe Ok?

To taper off Valium, I've just been throwing the pill with 200ml of water into a blender and then extracting the solution right away with a 1ml syringe. Is that ok? Does this process really require other fancy solvents or milk? I don't drink milk. Thank you!

DJ you might want to look at this resource. It will help you with a liquid taper. Most benzos (valium is one of the insoluble ones) are not soluble in water. Here is the link:

DJ I used the vodka method all throughout my taper. It worked fine!
