Taper

Taper off Kolonipin, very scared. Ive been  on 3 mgs klonopin for 4 years ,getting ready to taper.  I'm here for support and guidance.

We can help you taper from the Klonopin, and I know its scary but there are a lot of people here to help you through this.  For starters, do you need a taper plan?  If you do, check out the  Planning Your Withdrawal (Taper Plans) board, there you'll see the methods we support, typically 5-10% of your dose every week or two.  It's important to go slow to minimize our symptoms.

 

And for support, you can talk to the folks on the Withdrawal Support (during your taper) area of the forum, you'll find lots of members who know how you're feeling.
