Hi, um.. im new here.. im struggling my depression for 14  years.

I see my psychiatrist 12 years ago - present. My meds as follows:

Morning: 1 mg xanax & 10 mg prozac

Afternoon: 1 mg xanax

Night: 2 mg estazolam

Thats it for now. Still confuse using this platform. Can i tell about my depressions? Its very long though. Have to ask and get approval first, or i can type as long as the story goes? Please advise.
