Oh my head, anyone else have issues with their head?

Hi all

4mo off .25 klonopin after 5 years

My head is heavy, tense, numb, pressures, tight jaw, almost tingly sensation with dizziness thrown in

This gets me down and depresssed, its 24 - 7 and sometimes lessens slightly

Have you had issues with your head and how did it resolve?

Yes, I have a lot of head issues. Sometimes it feels like tension, but other times it feels more like the inside of my head is swelling. I also get nausea with the second kind. I have found that ibuprofen can help with that. I also use cold packs at the base of my skull or on the crown. I know that this is only affecting the skin and neck muscles, and not my actual brain, but it still feels soothing. At least it gives me something to do when I don't know what else to do. 

For a while, my nose and some patches on my cheeks kept going cold and numb, but fortunately that seems to have abated somewhat. I imagine that I will feel that again as I continue to taper.

So are you completely off of benzos?
