Gratitude

Clonazepam 1mg daily for 5 years. Down to about .25 daily over the course of about 8 months. Grateful for all the people I've seen here.

I am safe, warm, have food and I have made some friends on here who help me daily!

We're glad you're here, how is your taper going so far?  Congratulations on getting so long on your dose, what method have you been using?
