Ever think you caught a cold/flu but it ended up being just a wave?

I have bunch of activities next week but I am feeling sick all of a sudden. 

 

I need to decide if I must cancel my plans for next week.

 

I do not want to cancel my plans if this is just a wave.

Last week I got what seems to be a mild cold. Before that I had a congested nose for about three weeks. I read that flu type symptoms are normal during benzo withdrawal. I didn't take any medicine just vitamin C and Ricola candy. It was gone in three days. I take cold showers, they are known to boost your immune system so I guess that helped me. I'm in the last stages of my second taper. This time I'm getting more physical symptoms than before so It won't surprise me it was also part of withdrawal. I'm really tired of this poison!

All the time it’s my worst symptom. I get chills, body aches and fatigue with nausea. I’ve been into the walk in so mAny times to get swabbed for influenza and it’s always negative. So frustrating feeling like this. I always feel like I’m coming down with a cold first but no cold comes. So weird.
