Nerve damage? Down to 0.15mg K

I've been on 0.15mg clonazepam liquid for 6 weeks now and feel AMAZING.  Except...

 

I am not sleeping due to severe restlessness leg syndrome that started occurring during my taper.

 

I have no anxiety or other physical symptoms but cant sleep without without a squirt of 0.15K under my tongue to stop the horrible restless leg jerks. Anyone else hear of this symptom?

I was CT'd and have restless legs.  Are you walking, gentle yoga, pacing,  anything to release the energy?  I walk in place, pace the floor, pedal motion in the air, whatever I have to do but it's a sx.
