New to benzobuddies looking for help on taperplan

Hello,

 

I'm joining this forum to seek aid and support from fellow benzo (ex)users.

 

I have been taking Ativan +-3mg Ativan a day for 13 months.

 

I have started my taper but I'm looking for some people to help me finetune my taper.

We're glad you've found us, and we'll be happy to help you with your taper, what method have you selected?  We support the three we have listed on this link: Planning Your Withdrawal (Taper Plans)

 

You can select which method you prefer then start a thread asking for suggestions from other members.  You can also post on the  Withdrawal Support (during your taper) board if you're experiencing symptoms and would like some support.

Hi, I have experience with tapering from Ativan. Take it very slow, its been 13 months, do not make the mistake that I did in trying to rush things along. Ativan comes in a .50 dosage also, which can be helpful as you gradually lower your intake. Follow the advice offered in the Ashton Manual and any advice offered by your Physician.
