A crunch in the neck and something else

The neck is constantly crunching, clicks in the elbows and knees, muscle cramps and cold parts of the body, soon 6 months, someone had this?

Hey, I have been having that non-stop since my taper in early May. It is now November and I have experience days where it "loosens up" and "tightens up" but the crunching rarely stops completely.

Many of my symptoms have improved but this one seems to be a constant problem. It was painful, now it is just annoying and still worries me, as if bone is rubbing on bone, but I keep reading it will get better.
