Woke up splitting my sides laughing and crying. Is this healing?

Hi guys,

As I'm recovering from my laughing fit, is that a sign of healing? I've never laughed so hard in my life. It was a crass comment on YouTube about a story I was reading and God it got me laughing hard! Is that a good sign of healing?

I had one of those the other night and could not believe how good it felt to laugh. I was literally crying and laughing for a solid hour.  My roommate thought I had lost my mind!

It feels so good, doesn't it? Gonna use comedy for distraction from now on.

Healing is happening! I had a wonderful window most of the day too and even took a jog back to my car!
