Guest [lu...] Posted January 11, 2020 Share Posted January 11, 2020 Sorry I don't really understand kindling very well. I tried a supplement called alpha lipoic acid and it revved up my symptoms. I subsequently found out that ALA causes glutamate release. Does increased glutamate release cause kindling? I know kindling is really just a theory and not very well understood but if anyone has a better understanding I would really appreciate it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
