Jumped on new years

Hello, I tapered and finished on January 1st. I don't feel anything different. I went down as far as I could, until the syringe wouldn't pull any longer. I think it was at .0010. I tapered directly off of ativan at 7 percent every two weeks. It looks almost two years but I made it thanks to BUILDER. He is the best thing that happened to me in this journey. My symptoms are burning buttocks. That's pretty much it. I take a unisom, 600 mg gabapentin, and a 3mg melatonin and I sleep enough to be okay. I've been on gabapentin for 10 years prescribed for hot flashes. I will stop them in a year. I really am so far fine. I will update February 1st. Thanks everyone for helping me. Mary

Congratulations on getting off of Benzos!  I'm glad to hear you did a slow, careful taper and you're doing so well!
