Dlmt help

Hi,

I am down to .80 k. I wanted to do a dlmt. I am thinking 5 percent a month for now. I wanted to do a milk taper. I am wondering how i would set it up. I have 1 mg k. They waeigh about 173. Thank you gor any help you could give me.

I am doing my DLMT with milk.  Not sure about what benzos are best soluble or not in milk, but it's working for mine (whole milk).

 

I am using Jim Hawk's plan in the link Pamster furnished for you.

 

Just put in all your parameters, i.e. tablet size, dosages, reduction rate, days, etc. and it will figure it out.
