Not rainbows and unicorns but

Last dose of valium was Dec 28th, 2019.  Now waiting for the last of the valium to wash out of my system.

I'm happy to say goodbye to benzos. They were never my friend.

Six months, followed the Ashton manual for valium taper, worked well.

Life is not rainbows and unicorns but Benzos are no longer part of the problem.

Congratulations for getting off these drugs!!  The rainbows and unicorns will show up eventually.

It must feel great not ingest that nasty stuff anymore, congratulations! 

way to go! your taper is so inspiring. how are you feeling post jump? I just got to 2mg V but I don’t think I can move along as swiftly as you did in the end.🦋

I read your signature line from a post on another board and noticed that your last dose was in December. I wondered if you had posted on this board and HERE YOU ARE!!
