Chest tightness/ heaviness struggle

I have plateau'd my taper at 15 mg Valium for several weeks. My chest feels heavy all the time. The tightness/ heaviness makes me distracted and sometimes short of breath. Even my meditation techniiques and just relaxing at home isnt enough anymore. I still have so much tapering to go and am struggling to go to work. Im not sure what to do. Any techniques or advice is very welcome. 

Side note: The irony is that I work at a substance abuse treatment center. It is crazy to see people taper off so easily and I am anxious all the time.
