For those that struggled with concentrating

How long did it take for you to be able to do things like watch tv, read, or do anything you used to enjoy?

I remember my concentration being really bad for a while.  I'd start a sentence and forget what I was talking about mid-sentence.  I'd say that I was doing noticeably better at the two month mark with continued gradual improvement for a few more months.  Everybody heals at different rates and emotional and intellectual 'abilities' may restore at different rates.

That’s good to know, and gives me some hope. I’ll be coming up to 2 months off of everything at the end of this month. Your benzo yse was pretty much the same as mine and for the same reason. I was also on Klonopin and Gabapentin for Insomnia about the same amount of time.

Oh MAN I can't wait to be done with this drug. I have THE worst memory. I don't even try to hide it anymore. At work I keep a small notebook in my pocket to jot down the simplest of things. Because I know 3 mins later I won't remember it. I pray that this ability returns.
