What is this?

Is this depression or just a benzo symptom? My head and body feels so heavy that I would need some help to move like crazy fatigue unbereable lethargy. I’m feeling so heavy and so tired, that I would sleep whole day if I could!  anybody can relate?

Sounds  like fatigue and possibly muscle weakness?
