[No...] Posted January 3, 2020 Share Posted January 3, 2020 Hello Buddies, I did the final cross over from Klonopin to Librium about 5 days ago. I felt dizzy on Klonopin in the Am. Now I am Feeling dizzy on Librium and sick to my stomach. Just not Feeling well at all. Is this Klonopin withdrawal? What is Going on? Anybody have these issues with a cross over? I think it depends somewhat on how the crossover was done, but it can also be due to the conversion factor used. Those factors are only approximate. Different people respond to different benzos differently, so a 50:1 conversion might work for one person, but it may be too high (or too low) for another. I'd suggest working with this doctor since s/he seems to be willing to work with you on this. The dose or the timing or the doses might be a little off.
