My healing has been relatively linear, but that only becomes clear in hindsight. During my taper I felt better or worse depending on how recently I'd made a cut. Post-withdrawal my symptoms shifted from physical to mental. So it seemed all over the place in the moment. Looking back I can account for slow but steady improvement physically, cognitively, and emotionally. I am still recovering but remembering that helps to keep me motivated. Hope this helps.
