December 27 first day of taper in a medical detox facility .

They are using Ativan to help with the taper and bus pro for anxiety

Iit seems to be helping 2mg Ativan 3times a day I do this for 3 more days

They give me a little meds for sleep I’m really scared to go through the process But this is my last chance to live check in tomorrow hope you’re all well
