is this interdose withdrawal?

Hey guys! I NEED HELP

I was taking ativan (2x day) currently taking 0.23 mg. Around 2 days ago Im starting to feel interdose withdrawal (i think this js what is called) how come? This never happened before? Should I increase my dosages to the same amounts but 3x per day?

I wonder if you might get some help from the folks on the Ativan support thread, they can tell you how you should probably approach this situation.  It sure sounds like interdose to me, I know Ativan is fairly short acting.  http://www.benzobuddies.org/forum/index.php?topic=44903.0
