Headaches and head pressure are very very common in benzo withdrawal.  I've never heard of CFS leak.

It’s when the pressure is worse sitting up/standing and is relieved laying down

Think those usually happen from head injury or brain surgery?

I think they can happen for no reason, but think it's pretty rare. Also can happen after a spinal tap. Did you just have a spinal tap, cuz if you did then you would know for sure because those headaches are nasty!

Prob just stinking withdrawl.

Head pressure is very common in withdrawal (face, neck, head, jaw, ear can all be affected).  CFS leak is quite rare, no reason to jump to that scenario just from a headache.

Thanks everyone.

I don’t have a reason to have one...so it’d be spontaneous.

The pain isn’t even bad, it’s more pressure bothering me.

Pressure in my nose, ears, eyes, neck........

It’s pretty scary pressure
