~ A Message Of Hope ~ YOU CAN DO IT!!

Today marks a milestone for me.  I’ve been off alprazolam for two months.  No matter what your poison, you can do it too!

I’m still on my benzo free journey as I’m continuing with a clonazepam taper.  No part of either taper has been physically pleasant due to debilitating nausea but I’m hopeful it will resolve soon as I move forward.

Just a little message of positive vibes especially if you’re struggling.  We are so much stronger than our benzo minds want us to believe.

Better days are ahead!
