Dosing Clonazepam & kindling?

I have been on Clonazepam a few months now after tried reinstating g diazepam again but it causing horrific stuff then switched to Clonazepam because longer duration of action but other horrific effects.

After on it 2 weeks cut most of it but too much so back up to 1mg and in last month or two down to 0.6mgs.

I am taking it twice a day because my brain really hates the process of thes drugs goi g in and out of system.

Terror of sounds and psychotic etc starts about 2.5 hours after taking it and that is when all muscle pulling gets worse as well and then terrible heat along spine and through all tight muscles and burning tongue, biscuit craving etc. That all lasts until past the 12 hours and then some of the psychotic stuff seems to ease a bit (not sure) but muscles get more rigid and crushing which is why was on Benzos.

Anyway! What a I want to know is am I kindling myself further with each dose?
