3 months off of Alprazolem! Thankful.

Hi everyone, in my name is Sheila. I had been on Xanax for over 40 years. I decided on November 1, 2018 to start tapering off. I had some hard months but just keep on plugging along. Finally on September 27,  2019 that it was time to stop.  :-*So excited to be off of it. It has not been easy. Insomnia big time, some anxiety, wanting to eat more but in the long hall, worth it. Hope this encourages someone today. I am thankful to a God for being with me every step of the way.

Congratulations Overcomer on your 3 month Celebraton!  I'm celebrating my 3 months off too.  Hoping we've come through the worst of it.  I'm confident we have more wonderful healing in store for us.
