Damn things getting fron bad to worse. I am 25 month's off still almost bedridden. My physical symptoms are getting worse and worse. I am with body pressure, electric charges, brutal pullings, my muscles cramps. Before 6 months I make a MRI showed artrose and disc herniation docs said too much pressure in your muscles of course he didn't know about benzo withdrawal but everything is going to worse. I am not functional mostly in my bed.

For those two years off I don have full day window or weeks of windows just hours. Every day is the same am I the only here like this?

Probably I will be not healed and loosing my time.

I'm in there with you, fatigue so severe i can barely move, and I've had the mother of all waves hit over this weekend. Worse than acute,  didn't think I'd live through it, unbelievable at 2 years off. Xmas?  What's that? Not happening for me this year.

25 months of laying in a bed will make anybody's MRI abnormal.....You need to get out and take some walks. Your body is going to simply just deteriorate if you don't help yourself and get out of bed. Physically and mentally.

If you have thyroid issues and an autoimmune disorder you should go see a specialist.  One that deals with autoimmune disorders and another specialist for thyroid issues.  Your levels could be off.  You should go get blood work done.  I'm wishing you a breakthrough and hope you find some answers.  :'( :smitten::thumbsup:

I literally cannot sit or walk. I was on Benzos for severe muscle issues in the first place.

I spent 20 years on Benzos with personal trainer, physio etc and nothi g helped.

Off of them I am in physical hell and rei stating hasn’t helped.

My muscles are literally turned to hard fibrotic rubber that is crushing my body.

I cannot even find a bearable position to lie in.

Soon. As dose gets lower Iwill be unable to sit in car for the 10 minutes it takes to get to physio, osteopath, Neuro etc.

If zi could do anything more to help myself I would be doing it.

I have spent since 1996 trying to find a solution to my health problems and since 1998 trying to sort spinal stuff that resulted in disc being removed from spinal canal.

Personally I wish I could stay in bed but it is too painful so I have to lie in one position for a few minutes then lie in a different one etc all day. My sciatica is back since WD. My jaw joint has been pulled out from contracture, my spine is being crushed.

No amount of trying to exercise, stretch, massage makes any difference and often makes things worse.

Edit: profanity

I truly feel for you and you will be in my thoughts.  Why are you tapering off your meds? Were they not helping you? Just curious and not assuming or judging.  I do think there are certain people that need to continue with meds if their health is poor.  I'm just asking a question... not telling you what to do, etc.  The Dr's can't give you anything for pain management? Sounds like you have some major health issues.  :-[:-\
