Reliable dose calculator while tapering

Per Ashton understand 10 mg V is equivalent to .50 both C and X.

Interested in how to compare conversion of 1 mg V incremental decreases based on C equivalency just to have a point of reference.

Have used online calculators and getting far higher conversion rates with a range in parentheses (unsure of what such indicates). 10 V = .75 C and X well above Ashtons calculation.

For example: https://clincalc.com/Benzodiazepine/default.aspx

10 mg V = .75 mg C (range .5 to 4 mg)

Then a big drop

9 mg V = .50 mg C (range .5 to 4 mg)

8 mg V = .50 mg C (range .5 to 3.2 Mg)

7 mg V = .50 mg C (range .25 mg to 2.8 mg)

6 mg V = .50 mg C (range .25 mg to 2.4 mg)

Then a big drop

5 mg V = .25 mg C (range .25 to 2.4 mg)

4 mg V = .25 mg C (range .25 mg to 1.6 mg)

3 mg V  = .25 mg C (range .25 mg to 1.2 mg)

2 mg V = .25 mg C (range 0 to.75 mg)

1 mg V = 0 mg C (range 0 to .5 mg)

There is no proportionality to the reductions between 9 mg V and 6 mg V.

And then oddly big drop at 5 mg V to .25 mg C

My analytical skills are not up to par. What the heck do they mean by range.

Any help with simple conversion method or calculator would be appreciated.

It irritates me for at 6 mg V I anticipated being very close to .25 C equivalence.

Thanks for reading.

Rapping up my own inquiry---Online conversion calculators vary tremendously. No consistency whatsoever.

Shall--------keep it simple per Ashton. No need for complications.

10 mg V = .50 mg X

2 mg V = .1 mg X

So--6 mg V = .3 mg X

The problem is that no one really knows and even Ashton acknowledged it.  That's the scary part, I think.  I crossed from .360K to 6.5 mg of V, a little less than Ashton conversion and it "felt" like an updose but I'm feeling better now so I guess I'll take it but am afraid of what's to come.  Some, including my doctor, thinks it's more like .5mg of K/X to 5 mg of V.
