Ativan Tolerance Withdrawal

I’m in tolerance withdrawal on Ativan (2mg). I’m thinking of crossing over to Valium. If I’m not stable on Ativan due to the tolerance withdrawal, will I be more stable on Valium. I need to be stable on something so that I can start my taper. Any suggestions?

Hard to say but many are and for good reason - because of the longer half life.  For some, it works out great and much better but some don't tolerate Valium very well.  I crossed from K to V several weeks ago and so far, I'm glad I did and I will be going slow, slow.  But in the end, only time will tell if this was the right move.  Best wishes.
