Anxiety & neuroses

I was not aware of the structural changes and damages that untreated anxiety can cause. Structural changes to the hippocampus and inducigg neuroses. Not to scare anyone but, sitting and doing nothing about our anxiety could be fatal, benzo induced or not.

I don't know yet what to do but, I'll pray God gives mee enlightenment. Perhaps some valerian... I can't sit and do nothing. Specially after the evil akathisia attack I got today that freaked out my family.
