famotidine

Hi guys. I've been having a hard time with my gastric hypersecretion

Dr wants me off PPI's but didn't give me an option other than antacids. it was horrible and I couldn't tolerate it...too much acid.

I think I am having a rebound due to 6 months of using dexlansoprazole, I bought Famotidine over the counter 20 mg.

I took one today before my physical therapy massage and I felt nausea...I also felt like I was going to faint.

I am not sure if this will go away the more I take it ,or should I suspend it?, I am not even sure if the low blood pressure (that's what I think it was) was due to the massage? or is it the medication?

I am scared

p.s. Can I split famotidine 20 mg generic from walmart into half?
