so, what do we do with..

the anxiety and fear as we taper down?  please, help?      also, how does one know they are really cutting their full dose when sticking a syringe in their solution?  i am drawing .91 up my big syringe. how on earth does the ativan know to go up my syringe in exactly that quantity.  or, is this liquid taper sort of like drying cutting, you aren't always getting acurate dose.  thank you for any help, so, i can stop obsessing and thinking about it. i hope everyone heals and is made whole.

I found that staying busy was the best recipe for keeping my anxiety in check.  It was still there, but if I could keep my mind occupied I didn't think about it as often.  I got good at concentrating on random things (clouds, ant hills, birds, ...).

 

If you make your solution properly, you can assume a reasonably uniform distribution of medicine in the solution.  If you remove 2% of the solution, you'll remove 2% of the medicine.
