Bloated

I'm doing a milk liquid titration.  I feel like I'm gaining weight and I'm not eating anymore than usual.  I also feel so bloated.

Sorry you are so bloated.  I had GI issues before starting Benzos but, rarely bloating.  I feel like the benzos and tapering off affected my GI motility big time.  It really slowed down and I felt too full and had a very distended stomach after eating some meals.  I didn't hear many gurgling sounds either-seemed like my GI just went to sleep.  I've heard opioids can slow down the gut motility and I think Benzos may do that as well.  The bloat has gotten better the longer I've been off benzos (since 2016).
