[Ti...]
I think cortisol peaks at 3-4 in the morning, and lowest in the evenings. Someone can chime in to correct me thought.
[Tr...]
That's what I read here and there. My last part of the night ( I wake up around 3.30 am at the moment) is horrible. Anxiety and trembling. Mornings are usually bad. Improving during the afternoon and feeling best in the evenings. I' ve read of more people having this. My psychologist explained that Cortisol is a stress hormone, needed to become active after a night of sleep. Highest in the early hours of the day and slowly getting less as the day goes on. And that anxious people produce more Cortisol, leading to more anxiety...
[Ka...]
I see, then my symptoms may not be related to cortisol... they may be due to stress that I had often recently. I think my stress tolerance is improving through tapering but maybe I still have way to go. I will destruct myself as much as possible. Thank you for the input, Trochsetter.
