Today, 13 months of freedom!

13 months ago, I took my last benzodiazepine pill. Friends it is possible! Go on! God give me reason and peace of mind, to accept what I cannot change, courage to change what I can and wisdom to distinguish one from the other. Your will be done, not mine.

I am nearly 8 months out. I don't want to jinx my run of feeling good but I have felt really good the last 3 to 4 weeks. My sleep is the key which is good by most peoples standards at my age (62). The main symptoms I have are blurry eyes, distended stomach and obnoxious ringing in my ears. Cognitive skills seem to be improving. Where were you at this point?
